These Terms govern access to and use of the ExitAnty Software. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Accessing and using the Software

The Software is provided for lawful personal and/or work use. Reverse engineering, decompilation, transfer, sublicensing, renting, or creating derivative works is prohibited unless permitted by law.

License

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms.

Subscription and payments

Use of certain features may be based on a paid subscription; pricing and plans are available on the Pricing page. Payments may be processed by third‑party providers; you consent to sharing payment data for transaction processing.

Refund policy

Refunds and cancellations depend on the payment method and provider used at checkout. If you purchased on exitanty.com and need help with a refund request, contact support@exitanty.com with your payment details. For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the Software and materials are owned by their respective rights holders. No rights other than those expressly granted herein are transferred to the user.

Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge having read it.

Prohibited conduct

  • Use in violation of applicable law.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to services, data, or infrastructure.
  • Uploading or distributing malicious code.
  • Use of brand and materials without rights holder authorization.

No warranties

The Software is provided ‘as is’ without any express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer’s liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user in the last 12 months (if any).

Termination

Access may be limited or terminated upon breach of these Terms, as required by law, or on other grounds permitted by law. When you delete your account, we retain hashed identifiers (email, Telegram ID) to prevent re‑registration and abuse; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Governing Law

Governing law is determined by the rights holder’s place of incorporation unless otherwise agreed. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court of that jurisdiction.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies from the date of publication. Material changes may require your explicit consent.
